Australia and New Zealand

All books ordered from Australia and New Zealand come directly from Bookwyrm Press and are signed to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Typical shipping time is between 2-7 business days, but can take longer, especially in busy periods.

USA and Canada

Books ordered from Canada and the USA are fulfilled by BookVault and are not signed to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Local shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

UK and International Locations

Books ordered from the UK and other international locations are fulfilled by BookVault and are not signed to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be dispatched. Local shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Signed Bookplates

Signed bookplates are fulfilled by Bookwyrm Press in Australia. Please allow 2-7 business days for your item to be dispatched. For Australian delivery, items usually arrive between 2-7 business days, but can take longer, especially in busy periods. For international (all non-Australian) orders, delivery can typically be expected within 20 business days of dispatch, however local delivery times may vary.

If you are an international (non-Australian) customer who has ordered both a book and book plate, you can expect your items in two different deliveries.

Other Merchandise

We can currently only deliver other merchandise to Australia and New Zealand. Merchandise is fulfilled by Bookwyrm Press in Australia. Please allow 2-7 business days for your item to be dispatched. For Australian delivery, items usually arrive between 2-7 business days, but can take longer, especially in busy periods. For New Zealand delivery, items typically arrive between 5-15 business days, however this may vary.

International orders typically arrive within 20 business days of ship date, however Bookwyrm Press has no control over the delivery time of orders.

Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. While we do our best to make sure all tax is paid ahead of time, we are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they will be your responsibility as the customer.
